Weekly markets are upon us as our winter crops fade and our new plantings start to take off. Green onions are chugging along, lettuce is sizing up and carrots are starting to show their tiny leaves. Next week I expect some of our crops to double in size with the fresh dose of rain and a week of sunshine ahead! Hang on folks, we are just weeks away from the bounty starting to roll in.
